If you work for an internet provider listed on ISP Reports, this page explains where the data about your company comes from, how to correct it, and how to get your listing verified.

Our standing policy: every provider in the FCC’s broadband data is listed on ISP Reports whether or not they work with us. Corrections and verification are free. Placement and rankings cannot be bought.

Where our data comes from

Coverage and speeds. Availability and advertised speeds come from your company’s FCC Broadband Data Collection filings. We do not hand-edit coverage, which is what keeps the data trustworthy for everyone. If your footprint is wrong here, it is wrong in your filing: correct it with the FCC and our site will reflect it on our next data refresh.

Plans and pricing. Pricing comes from FCC broadband labels and public sources. The single most effective thing your team can do for accuracy is publish the machine-readable version of your broadband labels on your website, which most smaller providers still skip. Faster still: send us your current lineup through the form below and we will publish it marked as verified by your company and keep it current whenever you send changes.

Reviews. The reviews on ISP Reports are genuine user reviews, published unedited and moderated only for spam and safety. We do not delete negative reviews or hide review details, and that policy applies evenly to every provider, which is exactly what makes a strong rating here mean something. Customers who want to share their experience can do so from your reviews page.

Company details. Name, logo, and website changes are accepted through the form below and applied on our regular refresh cycle.

Update or verify your listing

Use your work email at your company’s domain. That is how we know the request is really coming from your company. If you cannot, include a link we can verify in the details, such as a staff page listing you. There is no account and no fee.

Working with us

Common questions

What does any of this cost? Nothing. Listings, corrections, verification, and reviews are free, and there is no paid tier that changes how your company ranks.

Can we pay to rank higher or look better? No. Rankings and ratings are computed from data and cannot be bought. That policy is what makes a good showing on our site worth something.

Can we have our listing removed? Yes, on request. If your company asks to be removed, we remove the provider entirely, including provider pages and location listings, as described in our methodology. What we never do is remove selectively: negative reviews, unflattering data points, and rankings stay intact while a provider is listed, and removal is never a paid service in either direction.
