We have a local cable internet company, Access, instead of one of the major monopoly companies and they are the only thing available for high speed internet in our very rural area besides an even slower DSL option. The cost is 150 dollars for 200mps download speed, though I do get a discount from the EBB. It's truly terrible. There website looks like a 90s Geocities website. They charge extra to pay with a credit/debit card. Who uses cash for bill paying these days? No autopay. They don't even have an account login online, so when you pay online through a third-party service, you have to manually fill in your own account number (leading to potential mistakes, having to have that number saved online or saving the not optional paper bill). It's a disaster.
