I have been fairly happy with my internet provider. The installation was fairly fast and done well and they were very informative while setting everything up. The price of our internet service isn't my favorite being close to $60/ month, but I know there are others who pay higher amounts so it's something I have to accept. But I really do enjoy my internet providers customer service. We had an issue with our internet not working over the summer and they worked diligently with us to get it back working as soon as possible, even having a service tech come re-run new cable on a weekend for us. We were so thankful. And we rarely do have issues, so overall Access Montana has been a great provider for us.
