we started out in a low range base plan, then realized we needed to get the mid range. the switch over was very easy, and the office staff was very helpful. after awhile our service became spotty and unreliable so a service tech was sent out to troubleshoot. he brought, and installed, a new updated wireless router. the outside feed line signal was good, so he began to test the interior line. found that there was a wire staple penetrating the casing so he ran all new interior wire. i thought for sure we were goin g to be billed for them replacing the wire, but he said there would be no charge! he also let us know that every customer was now receiving the top line internet/fibre package, at no add'l cost! they have always been fair and honest in all of our dealings with them

Our internet provider is much more expensive than others in the area, however, this is the only provider who is near us. Despite it being a bit more expensive, it is a locally owned business and their customer service is great. There are times when the Internet goes down and it takes a few hours for it to get back, which is unfortunate. But I would say it is really reliable. I've had AT&T previously and the connection went out at least once a week, so compared to that I am very satisfied with our current provider.
