Big River Communications Fiber

Before receiving our fiber in our area, I had to call and ask about the service as it has just recently been installed in our area. The support was very direct and helpful with the whole process and answered all of my questions. It took a bit longer than usual for the internet to be installed due to someone allegedly sabotaging a cable that was being installed somewhere nearby. As for the price of the fiber itself, it's $40 cheaper than the other internet in this area, and everyone is switching over to it.

Big River Communications Fixed Wireless

Big River Communications is an affordable solution for those who live rurally. After moving out of town and into the country in 2009, there were no internet service providers even close to affordable. Monthly costs were extremely high for small amounts of data, and installation costs compounded the issue. I actually had dial-up from 2009-2013, at which time Big River Communications became available to me, and I've been a customer ever since.

I'm on the edge of coverage so the speeds aren't always the best, but still it's pretty reliable. I was a little worried about cutting the TV cord and going to full streaming, but 98% of the time, I have no issues streaming whenever I like. I still compare prices of available internet every year or so, and Big River always wins in pricing. They also have really good customer service. I would definitely recommend BRC to everyone.
