I have to reset internet 3 to 4 times a day and they won’t fix it. Does nothing for security cameras when it’s not working 50% of the time. If they fix customer service it would be a 5 star.

Buzz broadband is the first internet service provider that I’ve ever purchased service from that I haven’t had any problems with, no late appointments, no outages no billing issues. After years of traveling for business we wanted to settle in a rural area; the place we found was perfect, and perfectly devoid of any internet service options. If we went to the top of the hill of sat on the side of the road a couple miles away we got intermittent cell service, but otherwise it was a 45 mile drive to reliable internet. Buzz put fiber lines in a year ago and while it’s slow for fiber (1GBit) it is a reliable godsend, since loosing my job last year.
