They're pretty communicative but there's been instances that are of note. Outages have happened with little to no notice given to those affected before. This has caused me some minor grief in the past on a few occasions since I've lost connection on video interviews and business meetings.

I think my cable provider has, overall, provided me with quality internet service despite the trivial things and assorted quarrels that have occurred in the past. Their customer service line is patient, understanding, and staffed by friendly and funny individuals that obviously take their work seriously. I think that kind of thing speaks to the level of respect for the customer on display within the business itself.

Despite the internet itself not being the fastest, I won't attribute that to them. I think that's more so my location than anything else. It's a quality company for what it is.
