The team had no idea what to do when the issue is not about the router. Fast customer service and friendly on-site technicians nonetheless. Everyone can scroll down the Google reviews below and observe the Internet had been going down randomly for hours or for days. It took me 4 months (till Dec 2025) to follow up the issue and they finally fixed some equipment problems. At least the Internet is not down every week these days. The latest lingering issue is lag spikes in mostly download and sometimes upload. Everyone can go to speedtest.net or Cloudflare latency test to see if it affects your neighborhood. The team replied once a week (you read it right) and asked for photo proof if you connect your device to the wall port correctly. It became a futile political debate where positive evidence does not count and negative evidence in their favor is happily adopted. If you need to do video streaming, conferencing or even high-frequency trading, you will need other Internet providers. If you only watch videos or scroll social media, it won't affect you at all. They have replied to me that they would not continue investigation (Feb 2026). I highly recommend the State College Dojo customer community to grow stronger and report any issues, especially if you rent their routers.

Absolutely awful service, can't handle a basic stream of any type for any amount of time without needing to refresh.

My internet is provided by my apartment complex, so it is built into the price of my rent. This is why I said I was satisfied with the price. I have used the same service at other apartments and the service is reasonably priced for the area, around $30/mo. I am overall happy with the service. It's fast, generally reliable, and it was easy to set up. I have never had an outage. However, sometimes in the evening the speed slows or certain websites won't load properly. The customer service for this network provider isn't great, as I have worked with them in the past on issues and I had to resolve things on my own. It is a local company that most apartment complexes have a contract with in this area, so if you want better service you would have to upgrade/pay more/outside of rent, which makes upgrading not really worth it. I would probably have another provider if I didn't already have this one built in, but it's not bad for the amenities and the speed. I am one person living in my home so I don't need much.
