I have used DFN for my internet for over 8 years. I have always been treated respectfully by those i talk to on the phone as well as the installers that came out to my homes. Their service has been faster than anyone else in my area. If you have a choice between Charter or DFN please choose DFN. They also have a referral payout. I got my parents to try them & received a $50 credit!

Douglas Fastnet has been a breath of fresh air compared to my past experiences with an unnamed ISP. The customer service has been fantastic, they have been quick to help me with any issues and setup was cheap and painless. As far as my Internet connection goes, it has been far more reliable compared to what we had before, with only a few minor outages. Granted we did move into a new home at the point of switching ISP's, but the difference in reliability is noticeable. I would recommend anyone in the Douglas County area to give DFN a call and ask about service they are great.

Up until 2021 we could not get internet service to our home, even though we only lived two miles away from a major university. Thankfully, through the efforts of the federal government asking small county internet providers to start providing internet services to small communities, we are now able to have fiber at an affordable price. We never have issues with our service and will be sad if we ever move to an area that does not offer it.
