EPB Internet Reviews

My internet needs to spread over a big span of area. This is the major reason I am unsatisfied with it. The strength of the internet is nonexistent the further from the router, I have even gotten boosters and that did not help. If this problem were resolved I would have no issues.

EPB is basically the best option in Chattanooga. It's faster than every other service by a lot. Also, they also provide electricity, so it makes the most sense to get multiple services through the same people. My internet bill is close to $70 which isn't that bad, but of course I wish it was lower.

EPB is a fiber internet service based out of Chattanooga. It is a hidden gem that provides this small-medium sized Tennessee city with some of the fastest internet in the country. The pricing is quite reasonable considering the speed, and in relation to the larger conglomerates. Customer service for internet and cable is generally quick, personal, and effective.

I love EPB! Honestly, they have the best customer service in the world, not only because you know that you're getting a local person to talk to but also because they will try to solve any problems as soon as possible. I think I've only ever had one outage in all the ten years I've had them for service and that was a major outage for everyone - once! The gigabit service Internet is fairly priced at 67.99. 300 mbps service is also fairly priced at 57.99. I have never regretted switching over from Comcast all those years ago.

Being a citizen of ƒ??Gig City,ƒ? I tend to expect my internet to be fast. My electric company provides my internet. The set-up was seamless, and I have yet to have difficulty. Pricing for a 2-bedroom apartment with great Wi-Fi speeds is reasonable. I would always love to pay less, but I do like that there are no hidden fees and my bill has stayed the same this past year. Working with EPB has been much easier than the big names in internet (Xfinity was my previous provider)
