My internet provider is inexpensive and effective. Although not top of the line, I enjoy my provider as I am able to do what is necessary without worrying about major outages. I feel as if my internet provider has an efficient customer service and support hotline in the event of my internet speed slowing down or incase of an outage. However, I would be willing to change providers given the cost per reliability and speed.

They are a local company that has been around for a while, and generally they tend to have good pricing incentives. For the most part, their download speed is pretty great, but the streaming speed leaves much to be desired. Overall I give them a middle of the road review. Also, while prompt, up to this point their customer service is only so so. Tbh I hoped for more, but like I said it’s decent enough for me to stick around.

I live in a fairly small town with only two good internet options, but only one with decent reliability. I work remotely and attend school remotely, I need the internet to be extremely reliable. The cost of internet can stay the same but when improvements or faster speeds are offered, I have to increase my costs. It works well enough to support the many sources in my home that utilize it, but I do feel it could be better.
