Our internet provider is one of the only ones in the area. They’ve invested a lot of money and time to update their infrastructure. Unfortunately, the internet isn’t always reliable

I feel my internet provider provides adequate speeds and adequate service. I'm not particularly fond of the fact that they are literally my only option given where I live. But, all in all, I'd say it's generally fair pricing for the speeds and services provided. It does require that I have landline phone service which I don't use often and therefore, don't feel I need. Well, perhaps require is not the correct word. There is an option not to have it, but then they increase my internet bill by $10, effectively making it so there's little savings. I'd only save $10 per month not having landline service so therefore, I keep it.
