Overall, I have had an excellent experience with Giggle Fiber. Their customer service is exceptional and each time I have contacted them they have gone above and beyond my expectations to help me. I am paying what I believe is well over the average cost for internet, $79 a month, but I have no problems and they have no unexpected fees. The service is always fast and I have had it now for over 6 months. We use multiple computers and devices streaming video meetings, gaming and working on website development for work simultaneously and we have never had any lag or interruption in service.

My Internet provider is a local business which is why we first signed up with them 7 years ago. Their prices are very good compared to the big companies and we've never had a problem with reliability or speed.

Giggle fiber is generally quite reliable. We have occasional outages but they are responsive in addressing them. The overall speed is good even with multiple users in the home.

I switch over from Spectrum to Giggle Fiber. I discovered that the bigger name brand, Spectrum service was not that great in my location. Giggle Fiber is a local provider for my area only. I have received better service with Giggle Fiber at a more affordable price. If I have any technical issues, they resolve them right away. And they provide updates when service is interrupted due to any outages.
