The biggest issue I have with my internet provider is that their internet is very laggy. They say that I get a certain speed but according to speed tests its no where near that much. Also, I just tried a trial where I bumped up my speed by double and I saw WORSE internet performance. I canceled that right away. I know that they are doing something shady! It's not like I can prove anything and show that I am not getting the actual bandwidth they promise.
