My poor rating for my provider is poor but it is because of my location. They are one of if not the top provider in the city and surrounding areas. The problem is I am in a surrounding area just outside the city, so we only get their satellite option and not the fiber they offer. We are also next to mountains, so the signal is never great plus the wind here is ridiculously strong, so we have to have our satellite adjusted from time to time. Great provider but bad house location.

InfoWest is a fantastic internet company. They say they are the “Internet People”, and I truly believe that to be true. They have excellent customer service and answer questions quickly and in a way we understand. They are also a local company, which is a huge plus! They have fantastic pricing and we rarely have internet connection issues! Highly recommend this company and will likely stay withy hem for a long time!

I chose Glo Fiber when it first became available in my area. Their prices have been unbeatable with the speeds you get. I have not received any outages (except for scheduled maintenance) like I did with my previous provider. Glo Fibers customer service is top notch and have always had pleasant experiences with them. When I lost my job they helped me with my bill to make it a little easier on me. Recently I called customer service because I was short on payment and the representative talked me through things I didn’t know. They also offered me the opportunity to switch speeds to save me a little extra money and that if I needed to go back to the speeds I have now it just takes a phone call to them. I have enjoyed being a customer and will continue.
