ITC Internet Reviews

The internet provider we use is just about the only option in our small town. We could try a mobile Hotspot but that doesn't seem as reliable for whole house internet. The internet we have does a great job of providing enough service for my husband, two kids, and myself to all be using it at the same time. We did have to put in a signal booster in the dining room so that the wifi would reach into the kids' bedrooms and that worked well for us. I do wish that the price would be cheaper but since this company is the only one who provides internet in this area...it is what it is.

I'm a new customer for ITC, only having used them for about 2 months. Previously we had a long range wireless company named GigFire as a provider. They were utterly horrible. The install with ITC went well, although they are not good at communicating plans to customers during that process. Staff was great and they knew their jobs well and other than me finding everything out last minute, it went smoothly. The services is great so far but I'm not impressed with paying $80 per month for 250mb when other parts of the world have gig fiber available for less. This is doubly frustrating knowing that the fiber infrastructure buildout where I live was paid for entirely by a federal grant, not the provider. It feels a bit like price gouging but I guess that's the norm in the USA. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and provider.

Overall, I am happy with our internet provider. Our internet is typically fast and doesn't get jammed up with devices and streaming. We occasionally deal with nasty weather affecting the speed of the internet. Customer service has always been great, which we have only needed maybe 5 times in the last 5 years. Our price has stayed the same since we signed up 5-7 years ago, but our speed has increased free of charge. Our range can be a challenge as we would like to install cameras around our property and adding units or satellites is too expensive for us at this time. We are lucky to have a technician in our tiny town, so if we need someone the response time is fast and personable. We have no intentions of switching providers, even if prices were lower with a competitor.
