Loveland Pulse Internet Reviews

Two years ago, I accidently cut the fiber line with the snow blower as it was not buried very deep, Pulse came out and fixed it by using a weatherproof box. They said they would return to bury it when the weather got better. 2 years and nothing happened. I had a water leak and had to remove a section of the fence. Called 411 and was told the pulse line was within 3 feet of where I had to dig. Pulse told me go ahead. I mentioned the line they were supposed to bury 2 years ago, they said they would get it done on Friday. It has been three weeks and still nothing.

Honestly, I'm pretty upset with Pulse. When they began installing the fiber optic cables that were to be used for Pulse, they advertised these amazing speeds but once is all said and done, I end up using my hotspot on my phone more times than not because it's just so stinking slow. I will say that they have been very patient with our late payments every now and again. They are also super friendly on the phone and have never been rude or anything of that nature. I just feel that we're paying a pretty quarter for something that is actually worth a pretty penny. If the speed of our internet were much faster, I wouldn't mind paying the higher price but it's not faster and we're still paying the high price.

Our internet provider is wonderful! After a horrible experience with a larger internet provider we needed to switch. The customer service experience is top notch - getting to chat with someone who is in our same town as our internet provider is run by our city! The price is on point, may be a bit higher than others but we get great speed and I have no problem paying a bit more for a great service! Because it is fiber internet, the set up was a bit complex but they did great getting the job done quickly and well. The modem that is used is well hidden and we get great service throughout our entire house. Our internet provider also has a great website with a super user friendly interface. Payments are easy to make as is getting questions answered if you don't want to call!
