Overall the internet experience has been good so far. One draw back is that the service requires extensive trenching in the yard and is harder to repair compared to other providers. Because it is a city based service it also has limited reach to rural areas. We’ve had to deal with the typical increases relative to the market, but generally it has been fairly priced and backed by good customer support. Fiber optic internet is the fastest service we have ever had and the most reliable in terms of speed so we will always choose those features over a less messing install or rate deal.

We were one of the first customers in our neighborhood to try fiber optics internet and we could not be happier. We could not believe the difference that fiber optics gives us. LUS Fiber has great customer service, and we are very happy with service. Any time there is a problem, they are immediately working on it.
