The internet service is very unreliable. It goes in and out constantly. The prices are very expensive.

My download speed is roughly 350 Mb/s and my upload speed is roughly 30 Mb/s. The download speed is plenty for pretty much every scenario I can think of, so I'm very satisfied with that. The upload speed could definitely be a bit faster, but upload isn't nearly as important for me, as I don't do much uploading (especially large uploads), so I don't mind.

I pay around $200/month which may be a bit higher than others in the US pay for similar, if not greater, speeds, but in my tiny little town it's excellent; it certainly beats big name providers such as Spectrum. Additionally, the WiFi is solid and reliable (WiFi 6 with extenders provided).
