I think overall internet service is good. It’s much better since the company installed fiberoptic. It rarely looses service unless there are severe storms and lines are affected nearby. Unfortunately , the extreme wind in our area can make it go out. The company makes sure that it’s up and running quite rapidly. I have called them in the past to report outages and they are pretty accurate with their timing of when it’s due to come back online. They also let you know where the lines are being serviced, which is helpful. I had noticed service dragging a bit and they sent out a technician to look at our connection. The reason was due to our plan which is a low giga bite plan. We will definitely consider changing our plan in the new year, but in the meantime I’m still impressed with their overall service.

Living in a rural area, Plateau provides over a GB of speed via fiber cables. There's rarely a hiccup in service, and the price point is fair given the quality. This internet provider is, in my opinion, dependable.

I rarely have any issues with my internet service. It remains quick even when we are using multiple devices at a time. When I call into customer service, it is always quick and they make sure to fix any issues by the end of the phone call. I’m very satisfied with the price and I never get any additional or hidden fees. I would recommend my internet provider to friends and family.
