Before getting rapid fiber, I had Windstream. I was hesitant to switch because I had Windstream for YEARS. When switching to rapid fiber the customer service was amazing and they had my installation date set within a couple days. The technician was very kind and quick and ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. The speed of my internet now is top notch compared to Windstream and the price is for it is the same as I was paying for Windstream yet Windstream speed sucked and their customer service was a joke. Rapid fiber all the way!
