SC Broadband offers okay pricing for personal home usage but can be expensive for small businesses. The installation process at my family's home was quick and non-invasive, with friendly, local workers who were willing to answer any questions and provide contacts for any issues. The service was ready to go almost immediately after setup. However, we had to ask to get the Ethernet wall jacks set up, as they didn't offer this option proactively. The internet occasionally experiences choppy connections every few months. Overall, SC Broadband provides a modern service with room for improvement in reliability and business pricing. Considering the lack of reliable internet providers in my area, SC Broadband gets the job done, but can benefit from more affordable price options for small business owners as well as a more proactive installation process.

There are times that I get frustrated with the provider. But they have been a joy to work with when it comes to complications and problems. When we first were installing the fiber, there were some problems. But our technician was absolutely wonderful. He went up and beyond what I have seen in the past with other providers. I was able to contact his superior and tell him that his technician was wonderful. There are times where the internet goes slow or doesn't work. But every provider has those moments. They are a competent and great service to have in our home.
