Compared to most other satellite internet providers, Starlink has higher average costs. This is despite the company's requirement that you pay for equipment costs upfront. Starlink’s standard home kit is $349 (or free with a 12‑month commitment in select areas), and there is no monthly equipment fee. Higher‑end kits (e.g. maritime/business) still run up to $2,500.
