My Internet provider is great for rural customers where other services aren't available. The set up can be a bit expensive but other than rare fiber cuts beyond anyone's control service is very reliable. speeds are quite good and have improved in recent years as well. For the price and convenience there's no better option for rural customers

The internet provider we have is not terrible, but the speeds for the pricing is a bit extreme. We get 35 mbps download and 5 mbps upload for $100. I believe we should have faster speeds for that price. Thankfully we dont really lose service or go out but it does lag a bit. Customer service seems to be friendly and caring but we luckily have had no major issues. We also live in a rural area so this internet is currently our only option.

TISD is a locally run internet provider. They're not the fastest or neccessarily the cheapest. However, the company has excellent customer service and great communication.
