I would like to commend 2 employees who provided excellent customer service when we needed assistance recently. First we spoke to Noah on-line, then on the phone for technical support. Second, Brandon from the Jamestown, TN location came to our home to replace our old router. Together, they solved our issue. Both men were very professional, friendly, and helpful!!! Thank you very much!!!

Twin Lakes fiber has been exceptionally stable and consistent. I am on the 1Gig down/500 mbps upload program. As a student, a programmer, and a researcher, the uptime is phenomenal, and it meets my needs. The customer service is exceptional, and I have recommended this provider to many others.

I'm happy to have fiber internet in my rural location. The pricing is rather high it costs around $90 per month but I am happy with the speed and it's only interrupted occasionally.

My Internet service is provided by a local telephone cooperative. Compared to the past, the service is fairly good. In the recent past, we didn't have Internet service in the rural areas, now we do. We have highspeed Internet and for the most part it's good service. The price is a little high, but for the area in which I live, it is a necessary evil.
