For many years residents of our city have had very limited options for high speed internet services. Cox communications was the only high speed provider in this area, and we were forced to use their service for many years with no other options. It was not a positive experience, as we frequently dealt with outages, price increases and generally terrible customer service. Within the last few years WAVE laid the groundwork for fiber in my city and began offering their broadband service with excellent speed and pricing. We have been using WAVE for two years now, and we haven't had a single issue throughout this time. The speed is lightning fast, the customer service is excellent, and the pricing is fantastic. We are so grateful that this company has expanded in our area and we look forward to seeing how they grow moving into the future.

Wave Rural has been leagues above our previous provider. The cost alone was about $50 cheaper than we had previously and they weren’t even using fiber. Our internet speed has been phenomenal ever since our installation and speaking of our installation after our initial call they scheduled us about two weeks out and when they arrived they hooked everything up within around thirty minutes and went out of their way to get in our attic to run new CATV cables through our walls and installing new outlets throughout the house. All in all it was an amazing experience compared to other internet providers.

I’m very pleased with my internet provider although we do have some difficulties with it sometimes. Occasionally we will be without internet for what seems to be no reason.

I don't like how im paying for 1 gig speeds but i rarely get that speed. when running speed test I'll get about half a gagabit/s

My interment provider is great. I had trouble and they were there in a couple hours. That was after talking to a local person.
