WTC Internet Reviews

I think my internet provider overall does a good job. I wish they had given some sort of introductory offer, as when I switched my old provider offered me a much lower price to stay with my previous company. By then, however, I had already switched so switching back would have been a major hassle. Most people in the area like the provider I currently have, so I'm happy enough with them.

I have WTC as my local internet provider, I am in a rural area and it's the only option available except Tmobile Wireless. They have 24 hour customer service and have always fixed any issues same day. I work from home so internet is a must have with solid connection. I can run my personal devices and work devices with speed efficiency. I only pay $51.51 a month and am very satisfied. They also send out emails when updates need to be done and they do outage updates between 12am to 4am and that is a big sell for me.

WTC is a small, growing ISP in north eastern Kansas. The offer high speed fiber at a fair price. The service has been very reliable and have only called support once. The one call to support was painless and provided me information on the outage I was experiencing. It was not an issue isolated to WTC but, they still compensated me for the outage which they had no control over. With the speed and reliability of the connection, fair pricing, and amazing customer service I would rank WTC 5/5.

I use the same internet provider for my business and my home. Both at different locations. They charge a lot more for my business which is frustrating. I dont think that is fair because the internet usage is about the same for both places.
