Hard to help you: Downloading doesn't work

Help us fix it for you: I am unable to export to a pdf, but it only seems to happen sometimes. I've exported smaller PDFs, but I am working on a 50,000 pixel image with 50 layers. The PNG export does work. I am able to save the image file to chrome.
