XFINITY Cable
May 19, 2025 The speed of the internet with Xfinity fluctuates. It is not a reliable internet connection and tends to cut out. The speed of customer service is awfully slow, often taking hours. E-pay is a nice feature but the processing fee attached makes it an undesirable option over a paper bill.

November 08, 2024 I would be lying if I said I have zero complaints about my internet. It’s an overall average experience I would say. Most days I’m satisfied, some times it’s slow, and a few days each year it completely goes out. That being said, what made me and my husband choose this particular provider over any other at the time is the absolutely jaw dropping deal we were able to score with them. Here’s what the deal is: if we have our phone plan with them, we pay $5 per month for the internet. $5!! I believe it’s just for one year, but I have yet to come across a better deal than that.

February 01, 2023 I don't have much choice in providers since my apartment supplies it (and charges us 50 bucks) but the speed is good and it was nice not to have to worry about getting it set up. Xfinity been pretty good so far, the freebee rewards are nice too! And I haven't had a single outtage since I've lived here.

TDS
August 19, 2026 I recently canceled our TDS internet due to almost constant buffering in a suburb surrounded by TDS customers. I had a credit balance at the time of cancelation. One month later TDS withdrew $112.69 from my bank account leaving me with $160.00 + credit because it was on autopay even though it had a credit balance and service had been canceled. I called for a refund and was told I'd have to wait from 120-150 days + 3 weeks + 10 days for my refund. What does that even mean? So TDS Corporate has the use of my money (and everyone else's)for 150 days. It's a racket. Don't get TDS and if you do DON'T do auto pay. Predatory policies!
