Dragonfly Internet
November 05, 2026 Borderline unusable internet, they'll charge you for "up to" 500mbps and you wont even crack 30 on their best days. Genuinely hope a class action lawsuit comes for these people and their scam.

AT&T Fiber
June 07, 2026 ATT's install was fairly straight forward although its really only done through service contractors rather than ATT employees which I guess is standard. They were however very helpful and I even got one of their direct numbers if there is ever an issue. I do wish Their standard equipment came with an option to modify the band the WIFI broadcasts on because all my neighbors operate on the same band, leading to clutter. I have not had any noticeable outages other than those related to power outages. Having symmetric upload/download is also a plus with no data caps. They do offer incentives if you sign up yourself, and another incentive if you place a service in the cart but leave and come back.

June 04, 2026 I live in a suburban, borderline exurban area that has struggled for a very long time with lack of resources for internet connectivity. Only recently, fiber was installed in our area, meaning we could theoretically get service from another provider. Until then, Charter Spectrum Internet was a veritable monopoly in our area, and they got to (and did) charge us whatever they wanted for very mediocre service. Things have improved a bit over time, and now we have access to a relatively good plan with decent speeds and mediocre latency. The network is somewhat prone to outages, which can be a bit annoying. The modem that they provided have also been pretty annoying at times, although that, too, has improved recently. I think competition in the area has led to Charter improving their service overall, and I can't say that I'm too dissatisfied with the service as it exists today.
