March 29, 2026 The service is fairly reliable, and they do come immediately to assist with issues. However, customer service is not very good. I wish they would have more polite customer service. But I do like that they are available almost everywhere.

March 07, 2026 I have had AT&T for both phone & internet ever since starting to live on my own. For the most part I have been happy with the service as there are few interuptions to the service. My only complaint would be the actual customer service when one needs to contact them as it is difficult to get through to the right person.
