August 30, 2024 I like that my provider has a fast, easy to use website for viewing my account and paying my bills. They are also very honest when it comes to customer service and tech visits and the monthly cost is very affordable compared to cable internet I've had in the past. Between the better customer service, the ease of use of online services, and the affordable pricing, it's nonsensical for me to even consider switching to different company. When I had comcast, their agents would lie and say anything to get you off the phone and charge additional fees and the website was so slow that I almost could never view my own bill.

May 19, 2023 For the most part I am satisfied with my internet service. I don't normally run into any issues and if I do the app provides outage maps and options to contact customer service. One downside is there always seems to be an incremental price increase that I am unaware of until it's time to pay the bill.

September 24, 2026 Since this is not published for the area of Effingham, since the beginning of September service on screen of our T.V. has been the upmost intolerant, we are unable to watch or hear any shows we are trying to watch. We are tired of calling them, we just expect great service that we are paying a premium for their services.

September 24, 2026 I DVR most of my future time and I have to say in the last few weeks September 13 to present 23 this has been upmost terrible !!!!!!!!!!! There are very few shows I can watch without a blurred screen and audio is at most non identify. Why do we pay for things in society that we don’t get great service ?? The crazy of all this I can watch most of what I want from other outlets without the hassle , why. Wake up if you want to keep me as a customer !!!!!! It seems many companies are taking advantage of the hard working people that just want a simple pastime.

September 17, 2026 Worst ISP ever. Consistently horrible speeds, constant drops in connection, and endless wait times when calling for customer service. They let me pay an extra $30/mo for 7 months for the 1000mbps plan, just to find out (because I suggested it) that the building was not equipped to handle that type of speed. 30 unit building and I can't get 1000mbps?
