Centurylink Fiber
June 26, 2023 Century Link has been a good internet provider for us. We have not had any technical issues at all. The prices have been reasonable and the service has been quite reliable. We have had Century Link now for over three years and have never needed to reach out for a service call. It did take a bit of time to get things installed, but that was mostly due to our neighborhood being new construction with brand new fiber installation. High demand.

TDS
August 19, 2026 I recently canceled our TDS internet due to almost constant buffering in a suburb surrounded by TDS customers. I had a credit balance at the time of cancelation. One month later TDS withdrew $112.69 from my bank account leaving me with $160.00 + credit because it was on autopay even though it had a credit balance and service had been canceled. I called for a refund and was told I'd have to wait from 120-150 days + 3 weeks + 10 days for my refund. What does that even mean? So TDS Corporate has the use of my money (and everyone else's)for 150 days. It's a racket. Don't get TDS and if you do DON'T do auto pay. Predatory policies!
