January 24, 2024 I was surprised that they did not seem to address the issues of getting spotty service where we are located. They stated that they would look into it and do a test. The test came back normal on their end however our service is spotty. We work from home so this is a regular headache now. I wish we would have know this prior to when we bought the house.

T-Mobile Home Internet Fixed Wireless
May 19, 2023 I have been a T-Mobile customer for my cell phones for over 15 years! I have never had any problems with them and now they have a new wireless router for the home! It is perfect! I also have one for my Travel trailer that we take with when we go on trips. Awesome! 5G when available and fantastic speeds! I would recommend T-Mobile to anyone who may be looking for a great WiFi router and service

TDS
August 19, 2026 I recently canceled our TDS internet due to almost constant buffering in a suburb surrounded by TDS customers. I had a credit balance at the time of cancelation. One month later TDS withdrew $112.69 from my bank account leaving me with $160.00 + credit because it was on autopay even though it had a credit balance and service had been canceled. I called for a refund and was told I'd have to wait from 120-150 days + 3 weeks + 10 days for my refund. What does that even mean? So TDS Corporate has the use of my money (and everyone else's)for 150 days. It's a racket. Don't get TDS and if you do DON'T do auto pay. Predatory policies!
