Beehive Broadband Fiber
September 29, 2023 Beehive Broadband with Utopia Fiber has been a great ISP so far. The speed has been consistently high and I've not even noticed any downtime. The price is great for the speed tier. Their customer service was good, but their billing and tech support seems to come from different places, which can sometimes be a pain. I've rarely had to communicate with either, though, so it hasn't been too bothersome.

TDS
August 19, 2026 I recently canceled our TDS internet due to almost constant buffering in a suburb surrounded by TDS customers. I had a credit balance at the time of cancelation. One month later TDS withdrew $112.69 from my bank account leaving me with $160.00 + credit because it was on autopay even though it had a credit balance and service had been canceled. I called for a refund and was told I'd have to wait from 120-150 days + 3 weeks + 10 days for my refund. What does that even mean? So TDS Corporate has the use of my money (and everyone else's)for 150 days. It's a racket. Don't get TDS and if you do DON'T do auto pay. Predatory policies!

April 23, 2026 I was overcharged for several months. I had a $49.95 3 yr plan, but I was overcharged and TDS promised to credit me for the overcharges but they never did. I spent hours on the phone with them! I cancelled and then found out that they DO NOT prorate for partial months service. CANNOT RECOMMEND! go with Quantum fiber!
