XFINITY Cable
May 13, 2026 While reliable and somewhat fast, the pricing for Comcast is, frankly, terrible. The only reason I am still using them is for the simple fact that I have no other choice. Once fiber is rolled out here (in July, if I am correct), I am switching over. Comcast's customer service doesn't give a rip of you stay or leave, so I am going to jump ship as soon as possible. I won't miss it.

XFINITY Cable
May 11, 2026 When we first signed up for Xfinity Wifi , about 2 years ago, prices were pretty good when compared to others , customer service was phenomenal and the signal always available. Now my bill is almost $200 a month
higher with very few upgrades. Getting a live support agent is a hassle and we are often thrown offline. I am definitely ready to switch.

XFINITY Cable
May 08, 2026 Overall I am satisfied with the speeds of my provider. However I am concerned about the lack of competitors. There is only one other provider, Centurylink, in my area. Their speeds are not as fast or reliable as Xfinity's. I believe this results in Xfinity charging a higher premium for their service. Also, every year my bill rises by approximately 10%. Coupled with the fact that I have a limited amount of gigabits per month or I pay a penalty I believe I am at a disadvantage compared with other parts of the country.

XFINITY Cable
April 18, 2026 There is a major problem with Xfinity cable in my area; it is quite unreliable. I often have outages for several hours at a time a few times a month. The unreliability coupled with the customer "service" that is provided by Xfinity leaves a lot to be desired. If you can, I would consider another provider other than Xfinity. Xfinity has continued on Comcast's legacy of very poor service, monopolistic approaches, and deaf ears when you try to talk to customer service.
