Quantum Fiber
February 01, 2025 When we first moved to our apartment complex there was already a set up for Quantum Fiber. All we had to do was use the information where the router was to sign up. It was a very quick process and it became active the following day. The speed and price we haven't been able to match elsewhere. It wasn't an introductory offer either where the price will increase later on. They also had several different plans offering different speeds and prices. We are currently paying $30 less a month on internet with better connection, speed, and service. Overall would highly recommend Quantum.

Astound Broadband Cable
December 07, 2024 My internet provider is acceptable for the demographic they provide for. It's understood that what they provide is accessible and affordable internet access for those without the tools and supplies needed for quicker and more reliable internet i.e. a modem and/or router. I appreciate the convenience of not needing these resources, however my internet is incredibly slow, to the point where I cannot perform any kind of video call, and I have to let videos buffer for several minutes before they will play. I can barely stream video and audio at the same time. Eventually I will likely want to upgrade to a better service when I have a router and modem, but for now I don't expect much from the service I use because I'm aware of the pros and cons of using an affordable service.
