January 02, 2026 Xfinity was able to get my internet hooked up very quickly compared to other companies. They also had a price that you can be locked in for 5 years. I thought that was nice since everything is going up so high these days. They also had competitive prices and a little lower in some ways.

December 22, 2025 The price for my internet could be cheaper, it's already high and they are going to be raising it soon. However I have no complaints about the speed. We have several devices all being used at the same time and the speed never drops, it's pretty much instantaneous. I also have to say that it is very reliable, we lose internet very briefly only a few times a year.

October 29, 2025 My internet provider is Comcast Xfinity. Overall, the service is reliable, but I’ve noticed it can struggle when multiple devices are connected, especially during work hours. Since I work from home in a townhome with my office on the lower floor, I sometimes experience weak connectivity in that area. We recently upgraded our router and modem, which helped boost the speed, but if performance dips again, I’m seriously considering getting a Wi-Fi extender to improve coverage.

August 14, 2025 When it works the internet works great. The price for speed cannot be beat. The downfall of the provider is their customer service and equipment. Their router/modem setup always drops my connection. Searching the web this is a common issue that others have and end up having to pay more to use 3rd party devices. Contacting customer service does not resolve the issue.
