August 23, 2024 As a military family, we move often. This usually means finding a new internet provider. Xfinity offered us “new neighbor rates” which included equipment. We are locked into a good rate for 2 years. I am happy with our overall service. Speeds are good and price is also good. We do not have issues with outages that some of our neighbors who do not have fiber experience in storms.

February 23, 2023 The only thing I like about them is that the delivered speed is very close to the advertised speed. Otherwise the pricing is horrible, and the service cuts out regularly. The customer service is also terrible. I tried to use their online chat service to reduce my bill. The rep said he would put me on a lower plan, but a month went buy and nothing changed. I ended having to call in and get it done. They also fill your mailbox with junk trying to get you to sign up for their mobile phone service. Not a chance.

September 09, 2026 They have had problems since start up and continually fail to provide customer service to resolve issues. They do not want to hear about problems they created with their software system changes that affect telephone and internet streaming. Picture freeze, loss of program streaming, tv will not function with remotes or direct controls and must be unplugged from power outlet. Loss of telephone connection, tv powers on and off randomly. Telephone line noise or poor quality connection. I was told their equipment is not compatible with surge protectors; I have whole house surge protectors installed and the representative did not know what they were. August of 2026 I had twelve outages. Since moving here power surges and outages are frequent as many as four in a day. Numerous electronics failures, hvac circuits, tv’s, appliances, stereo, and radio. The electric company said the problem is with my home wiring. I hired a master electrician and he could not find a problem with my home wiring. These two companies are one and the same and do not care about providing the service customers are paying a high price for poor service.

Alisha went above and beyond to walk us through the process and stayed on the line with me until she was sure it was working for us. She even stayed on after the office was closed. She was awesome!!!
