i3 Broadband Fiber
October 10, 2024 I3 Broadband has been a pleasure in comparison to our prior provider spectrum. We have had only a single outage in our two years with them and they kept in full communication the entire time. Speeds are as advertised and the price is way cheaper than the competitors in my area. For the price I pay for 2gb speed at i3 I was getting 500mb speed at spectrum that had outages weekly. The only complaint I have is the location and look of the junction box added to my house to feed the cable inside. Had I known how big it was prior I would have had them move the box to a different location.

i3 Broadband Fiber
May 04, 2024 The internet we receive is very reliable and is fast from i3. The installer was very courteous and made sure we were happy with the setup. The bill is very reasonable for the service we get and when we had an outage due to construction they apologized and gave customers a credit towards our bill for the inconvenience
