September 20, 2026 My internet has been down for an entire week. No one has called or come by to get it fixed. I keep hearing the same thing. They are waiting for a supervisor's approval for whatever they need approval for- I have no idea.... so what I'm going to do is come to the review board each day and give a low review until they come out and get my internet back up! i thing i know is a bad/low review will run these ratings down. My company needs internet to be able to work, and we can't do that, so we are losing. Nextlink will lose as well! Sherippa London- 979-702-9431

July 29, 2026 They were the first company to install high speed internet through a direct connection in my neighborhood and many people signed up. However as they acquired more customers their service quality dropped as their infrastructure couldn't handle the traffic. I pay for a 100mpbs monthly plan and on good days I get 15-20 at best. A lot of the time it's under 5 with frequent outages. Restart your router is their go to defense. Many people have switched to AT&T and Legacy, however these companies are also swamped and having issues. Several techs have come out to inspect, "that's not supposed to be setup like this." is a familiar quote. Some changes are made, then another tech is sent out and repeats the phrase. I'm guessing that there is a high turnover rate for field employees at Nextlink. So many new people without experience just doing the minimum in order to close out the service ticket.
