November 04, 2024 The customer service for Comcast is satisfactory online, but the techs that are sent to look into connectivity issues have not been very impressive to me. The last time someone came over, they factory reset my mesh network and left me without internet until I fixed my router configurations with a wired connection. I was also charged $100 for that visit even though it cause my situation to backtrack for a day. This makes me hesitant to report any speed issues with Comcast in the future, and I hope that one day there will be more internet providers in my area.

Ziply Fiber
July 01, 2024 Ziply has been my fiber optic ISP for about 5 years now. We have rarely had any service issues in that time, including in times where there have been winter storms with heavy ice or power outages. I've only had to request a service technician to come out twice in that time, and each time the technician has shown up on time, has been super friendly and knowledgeable. They've even switched out older equipment for new equipment at no extra cost! I'm really happy using Ziply - glad I made the switch to them from Comcast.

Verizon Fixed Wireless
April 16, 2023 Verizon provides good customer service and their pricing is fair. Their speed compared to others could be a little better but it's still decent.

XFINITY Cable
January 26, 2023 Xfinity is pretty consistent and good at keeping our internet up at all times. When we have issues which isn't very often a tech will come out and fix our issue. I am not the biggest fan of their over the phone help because they always want to reset the modem as a first step which for me isn't helpful because I would have already tried that step and it also cuts out our home phone line and if we were calling from that line it would disconnect us from support so I would have to call again starting over.
