January 20, 2025 The customer service is very good and always friendly. They answer the phones in a timely manner and I do not have to hold for a long period of time. Every time I have had an issue they have been very quick to come out and fix things. We had a hunter shoot down a line once and they came out the same day and replaced it. I have not had any issues with them at all. The speed does seem to vary from downstairs to upstairs using the WiFi but it is not to big a deal. We would stay with them if we ever moved and I had to pick another provider.

January 17, 2024 We have been mostly happy with our Vexus internet; however, we do experience a slight lag every evening between 7:30pm - 9:30pm. It isn’t bad enough to warrant a service call, but it is slightly annoying.
