Centurylink DSL
January 23, 2026 Century Link customer service is terrible. They seem to use an offshore call center that never knows what is going on locally and why service is down or faulty. Speeds are quite slow comparative to other companies, but we are used to it now.

January 18, 2026 Their setup process was basically scanning a QR code that just forced you to download the app. Not at helpful and I ended up needing to have someone come out weeks later. It was terribly obnoxious and something I should've been able to do on my own. I hated Century Link though. Their internet didn't work for almost 3 months before I switched over. No issues with Cox's connection, but it is a few dollars more a month.

December 03, 2025 Our download speeds are consistent and provide us with more than enough bandwidth á¹o have multiple devices connected to it at any given time, provider does not cap data and that,IMO is worth extra $.I pay only $40 a month, on no contract deal and price has not raised in several years. I am not even considered switching.I have no reason to.
