Frontier Fiber
November 20, 2025 There would be times where the internet would go out and there wouldn't be a response from the ISP at all regarding the status of it. I would try to reach out or call them but receive either no answer or a robocall. Even using the automated chat system wouldn't work, and the app would also be down. I'd say the weakest point of frontier is their punctuality in regards to service. Their customer service has also been a hit or miss.

Frontier Fiber
January 30, 2023 My internet provider is a bit controversial to me. I installed Frontier about a year ago while moving from spectrum. I wanted faster internet. The installation was horrible and difficult because they had to go into a neighbor's yard to install the fiber optic equipment and getting them to let the agent was terrible. I almost went back to spectrum over the issue. Other than that everything has been good and seamless. Paying my bill is easy and controlling all aspects of my internet is quite easy. As of right now I can say that I am very happy with my internet provider and the price I pay is fair, but I can say that our relationship did not start off well at all.
