Ziply Fiber
February 27, 2026 While Ziply's pricing is competitive, and their customer service is responsive, I've found their technical expertise lacking. I've used Comcast and CenturyLink in the past - their installs were clean, with the latest equipment, modems placed in central locations, cables tidied. When newer equipment was available I was offered free upgrades. Ziply on the other hand installed the modem-router on the far end of the house away from the places where people use the WiFi. The house was built 50 years ago with solid wood internal doors, with multiple doors between the modem and the main living areas (including the television which runs only over the internet). They installed repeaters which provided no help for the poor reception in the rest of the house. Finally, the connection from the house to the street consisted of a loose cable that was laid on the ground around the perimeter of the house and along the driveway, making for a sloppy appearance and a tripping hazard for years until we convinced them to run it underground. Bottom line - I wouldn't recommend Ziply because of the overall quality of service and am looking into switching providers.

XFINITY Cable
February 08, 2026 My internet provider is okay, the speeds are fabulous. My only issue is when I go onto the chat feature, I am getting someone overseas, and they somehow seem to always mess up what I want. I went on chat earlier this month, to extend my due date, and have my automatic payment moved to that date. The person I talked to said he did that. But on my original due date, they tried to take out my payment. In fact they are still trying to take out the payment, but I told them I wouldnt have it until a certain date. But other than that, I don't have any other complaints.

XFINITY Cable
January 26, 2026 Xfinity is actually a pretty good provider. I only pay $45 a month for service with no tax or contract. The modem was only $30 and they send you a text when service is out And when it will come back on .Speed could be slightly faster ,but for the price it's a good deal!
