February 05, 2026 I have had Google Fiber at two different residences and I cannot say enough good things about the service. They are very cost effective, provide great service, and I have zero complaints about the internet speed. There was one occasion that I needed a service technician to come to my home and repair a severed line. I anticipated that I would be without internet for 48-72 hours, but the tech came and fixed the issue well under 36 hours later. They are friendly and I believe their service is very secure.

June 26, 2025 I was very excited when fiber internet was introduced to my area. I signed up for it as soon as I was out of contract with my cable internet company. The cost was about $40 less a month for faster speed, so it was a win win! The internet has been very reliable, outages only 2 times in the past 12 months. Compared to the cable internet which was at least once a month experiencing an outage. I don’t feel there is anything at the moment I would change about my fiber internet experience! Hoping to be a long time customer!

April 02, 2025 I switched to Utopia from our previous provider after they raised our prices (again). When we were on our previous provider, our internet would disconnect from our devices regularly (multiple times per week). We would have to reset the router and restart our devices. I bought a new modem and router and still had the same problems. We switched to Utopia fiber and have only had one outage in the two years we have used it. They don’t charge an equipment rental fee for their modem/router that is installed. Getting the equipment installed was quick and easy. The monthly fee is auto drafted. Our internet speed is the lowest they offer, and I have never had concerns with speed or connection.
