Windstream DSL
April 22, 2026 Our internet provider is fine. It does seem we have frequent outages. I'm not sure if it's because we live closer to the mountains or if it's something else. We're on a discount program so am thankful for that. It seems the service has improved over the years as we had more outages and issues when we originally started with Windstream. There aren't many options for other providers in the area so am thankful we have the service but there is room for improvment in general.

Windstream DSL
April 05, 2026 Windstream has been pretty frustrating overall. The internet is often unreliable, with random outages and slow speeds even though I’m paying for a higher-tier plan. Customer service had been mixed. Sometimes they have been able to help, but sometimes it takes a long time. I’ve stuck with them because there aren’t any other options in my area, but I wouldn’t recommend them if you have a choice.
