March 11, 2026 I just cancelled ConexonConnect because their SERVICE WAS SO LOUSY. Went 4 weeks with their lines down (NO TELEPHONE, NO INTERNET) and repeatedly asked their Technical support (Seth, then Christen, then Albena, then Cameron) to send a serviceman to reconnect me. They didn't send anyone. Even cancelling was difficult. Customer service (Phil, then Natasha, then Brittany, and then Sam) did not do the simple cancellation. Returning to my old provider was cheaper, far less of a headache, and with better service.

June 14, 2025 I called to set up new service at an address that previously had service with this provider. My first call required a call back that was about 2 hours after my initial call. They gave me an install date that was about 30 days from my request. That is strange since the gentleman I bought the house from used his service and equipment right up until the day I made my request. I actually took his equipment to the UPS drop point as he had a flight to catch. The second call indicated they did not have me as a new customer but a customer with previous service. I was place on hold for more than an hour with no response. When I attempted to leave a voice mail, I was placed back in the loop and told the average wait time was 4 minutes. This is after 1 hour on hold. Now I am waiting/hoping for a call back to set up service. I think I should check my options for other providers. I get pretty good service with my mobile hot spot on my cell phone.

March 20, 2025 Killen Communications is a decent Internet provider. I have used CenturyLink in the past and the download speeds were slower and less reliable than Killen. Killen's proximity may play a part in this but they also are quicker to service their towers. 3 years ago CenturyLink had an issue with with one of their towers and took approximately one week to complete the repairs, leaving me with no option but to rely on mobile data for a full week. Killen is quicker to act on repairs, with outages lasting mostly 1 or 2 days if there is a major issue. Killen also installs the satellite quickly and efficiently. I was able to continue tasks at home while their installers were outside putting up the satellite with no issues. Killen can sometimes be lacking in their customer communication but overall I would recommend their service.

September 03, 2024 This review is for Conexon Internet Service. I called to set up new service at an address that previously had service with this provider. My first call required a call back that was about 2 hours after my initial call. They gave me an install date that was about 30 days from my request. That is strange since the gentleman I bought the house from used his service and equipment right up until the day I made my request. I actually took his equipment to the UPS drop point as he had a flight to catch. The second call indicated they did not have me as a new customer but a customer with previous service. I was place on hold for more than an hour with no response. When I attempted to leave a voice mail, I was placed back in the loop and told the average wait time was 4 minutes. This is after 1 hour on hold. Now I am waiting/hoping for a call back to set up service. I think I should check my options for other providers. I get pretty good service with my mobile hot spot on my cell phone. I will be happy to change or delete this review depending on the response from Conexon. Update: I never did get a call back today. I called customer service again and now they tell me that I need to provide evidence that I purchased the house and am the new resident. No mention of that was made when first attempted to set up my service. Now I have to send an email with proof that I bought this house. Then I have to wait 24 to 48 hours to receive a response from Conexon to set up service. The request for evidence that I bought the house seems like an invasion of privacy. At this point, I am considering other providers, even though their services provide less throughput than the advertised Conexon services. Negative 5 stars at this point.
