Nextlink Fiber
October 16, 2025 This is one of the worst providers. Internet goes out AT LEAST once a week but usually it’s multiple times a week. We live in town not in a rural area. I would never recommend this company. Not only is their Internet service absolutely terrible but when you call to report outages no one answers the phone, no one calls you back. Their customer service is so pathetic. I asked management to call me back regarding a multi day outage and no one ever calls. They put in fake tickets and it goes no where. This company is a scam. I have even had to submit a complaint to the BBB because at one point I couldn’t even cancel the service bc no one ever answers the phone. One thousand percent would never recommend this company. The google reviews online are all fake and heavily monitored. I tried leaving an honest review and it was removed.
